It's not realistic figure. If one cartridge ( stylus ) could only last 100 to 200
hours, then your tone arm should be very bad or you don't know how to
adjust the stylus pressure?
When a stylus is worn out, you can hear the difference but better still to
check the tip with magnifying glass. (a x20 will be OK)
