我一直担心EAR861上的管子寿命问题，如果只有2-3000小时的话，3年就需要换了。但里面的PCC88和EL519很难买到，我询问了很多卖胆的，都没有。
昨天无事，发了个邮件给EAR的老板，他回复说可以用10000个小时，我可以用10年了。而且他们卖配对好的胆管。建议不要平时总开，会损寿的。

The life of the PCC88 should be more than10K hours and the EL519 power tubes should be nearly 10K hours, If switched on for 5 hours per day, you should get 3 to 4 years service life.
Do not do what the Hi Fi mags do and leave it on all the time, It is wasteful of energy resource as well as tube life.
