英文原文:just for your reference.

Hmmm....have to check my Faye Wong SACD. If I remember right, those were made by Sonopress in Austria.

As for the Hong Kong Universal SACD, I have the same problem. In fact, I started a thread on this forum (and at audioasylum.com) but no one responded. Basically, aside from the early HK Universal SACD titles (i.e. Alan Tam, Sam Hui, Teresa Teng, etc.), all other HK Universal SACD titles were made by Viva Magnetics out of HK. You can tell by the code beginning with the letter "v" in the inner ring, which is clearly visible from the scan above. The cracking problem is similar to the problem with the US Crest National SACD pressing of Pink Floyd's "DSOTM". The problem is well-known in HK's audiophile circles, prompting the annunal HK High-End Audio-Visual Show to switch manufacturer for its giveaway demo SACD. The cracking problem of Viva also affects non Hong Kong titles, such as those from Decca.

I'm assuming Viva is no longer in the business of pressing SACD since all recent HK SACD are either pressed in Japan (by Sony) or in Austria.
