It has come to the attention of ATC Loudspeaker Technology Ltd.

that there may be fake ATC loudspeakers in the Chinese market.

This is an illegal act and ATC reserves the right to pursue and take

legal action against anyone found passing fake product.



To protect customers from this fraud, ATC products should only be

obtained from authorised dealers of Laco Hi-Fi in Guangzhou or Hong

Kong Sound Concepts. All Genuine ATC products will have a combined

warranty card issued by both of these companies. Each product will include

an ATC build card signed by the factory build team. ATC are also happy

to verify serial numbers to check authenticity.
