德国唱片公司。1920年由德律风根公司和 Decca 合资创建，最初取名为 Vitraphon ，1932年改为现名。目前是华纳集团的华纳古典国际（Warner Classics International）下属的公司。

2000年曾派小组来华录制了由胡炳旭指挥中国交响乐团演奏的赵季平电影音乐作品。
2001年华纳古典国际公司宣布重组古典音乐部门，关闭了泰尔德克的德国办事处，业务改由伦敦的总部负责。
