第一支管很可能产于法国，但本身品牌并不知名，打MAZDA或者GE的牌子。有个国外的玩胆论坛里讲到过这样一段话：
...but they have this weird little rectangular cutout along the outer sides of each plate, showing part of the inside of the plates...
came from an ebay auction from a guy in France,... the tubes themselves are marked Mazda/12AX7A/ECC83/VI-2...
这是说的这样结构的12AX7，下面跟贴的朋友还有一段话：
I know just what you're talking about with the shiny plates with the 'window'... I have a 12AU7A just like it branded GE. It's printed Made In France and has a code of 6604 over AUA
这是说到你图上这样结构的12AU7了，打得是GE标，也有和你图中一样的AUA字样（表示12AU7A）。
综合上面两个帖子，由于是这种结构的12AX7和12AU7都来自法国，所以我认为这个管是法国制造的可能性很大，很可能是个不知名的厂，给大厂OEM的。
第二套管子，认为应该是同样的牌子，但这支是长屏的，应该是50年代末期，比下面图中的短屏管子要早期，声音也要好一个档次。
