The technology:
In line with the proven Heco tradition, all Vitas loudspeakers are equipped with titanium dome tweeters. This high-tech material has
an extremely high degree of stability and acoustic transparency which positively release the sound from the speaker. Another
advantage results from the excellent thermal behaviour of titanium, which substantially raises the output limit. The Vitas woofers
and subwoofers are driven by double-magnet systems and aluminium voice coils.
The cone is made from highly stable and optimally dampened polypropylene. A foam rubber dome is used to further optimise the
parameters. This results in a powerful, constantly precise bass and medium tone range. The lowest tones are supported by a bassreflex
system with flow-optimised tubes.
All chassis are built into a low-resonance, solid MDF baffle. In addition, the standing speakers are fitting with strutting elements.
The gold-plated connecting terminals are also suitable for large-gauge cables.
The centre speaker is magnetically shielded, of course, and can be placed in the immediate vicinity of the television.
The Vitas active subwoofer is available for perfect home cinema enjoyment. A 250 mm long-stroke driver is controlled by a highperformance
amplifier, with its extensive application possibilities enabling it to be adapted to different room conditions.
The volume and cut-off frequency, for example, can be infinitely and perfectly adjusted to the other speakers in the home cinema
system. Spikes are provided for standing speakers and subwoofers to isolate them from the floor.
