All kinds of ways suggested from those audio specialist are a reference
and not necessarily effective.

I have no idea on the 331 method but may not fit every rooms.

If one would not bother to build bass trap because of any reasons.
I would suggest he should find out the most energy of that particular frequency and calculate the wave length so that your seat move away from
the peak of the wave.

This is not ultimate way to solve the problem but at least a better way to
avoid the most peak level of the standing wave.

You must built few bass absorber or bass trap to solve the problem as your
room has a lots of STANDING WAVE!!!

There are 10 standing waves in axial mode below 200Hz and
4 standing waves at tangential mode.

Axial mode : 22.8, 41, 45.6, 82, 68.5, 123, 91, 164, 114,  136,
Tangential mode : 46.8, 93.7, 140.6, 187.54,

There will be more if you have the ceiling height.

Remember, only bass trap would do the job
